CEPA separates public information, external-source indexing, applications and formal institutional decisions. Public submission or display must not be interpreted as approval, certification or contractual commitment.
CEPA indexes and classifies selected external material for professional awareness. The originating institution or publisher remains the source and rights holder. A CEPA listing is not republication of the full work, endorsement of editorial opinions or a substitute for reading the authoritative source. External links may change or become unavailable.
Submitting an application creates a record for review only. It does not create membership, certification, endorsement, voting rights, accreditation or authorization to use CEPA marks. Membership becomes effective only through an authorized CEPA decision and remains conditional on applicable law and CEPA membership requirements.
Submitting a proposal is non-binding. No partnership, exclusivity, procurement commitment, funding obligation, publication commitment, intellectual-property transfer or representation authority exists unless separately approved and documented by authorized parties.
The compliance page is an institutional framework and reference register, not jurisdiction-specific legal advice. External treaties, laws, standards and voluntary initiatives retain their own legal scope, licensing terms and revision status. Organizations remain responsible for identifying and meeting obligations that apply to their own activities.
