Technical intelligence should be usable by everyone.

CEPA targets WCAG 2.2 Level AA and explicitly retains WCAG 2.1 Level AA compatibility, including the former parsing criterion 4.1.1.

Evaluation and scope

The scope includes every public page, publication route, desktop and mobile presentation, keyboard interaction, zoom and reflow behavior. Evaluation combines the portfolio’s shared Playwright and axe checks with human WCAG-EM review. Automated tools support evaluation but do not establish conformance, and W3C has not certified this website.

A comprehensive evaluation is in progress. Confirmed limitations will be recorded here with their remediation status; disabled transactional capabilities are outside the current public scope.
